What’s the one thing every company’s website should have in 2022?
Company Profile Videos – A Must for the New Year
I’m often asked: “If I only have enough budget for one video right now, what would you recommend”. And the answer is always the same, a Company Profile Video for your home page and About US page (which is why these videos are often referred to as “About Us Videos”).
No matter what you want to call it…this is the one video that’s a must for every business or healthcare website. The goal of this video is to quickly introduce your company (in 2 to 3 minutes or less)…explaining what you do, what makes you unique, and most importantly why you do it.
If produced properly, these videos will accomplish 2 very important goals:
1. Increase visitors’ time on your website. An engaging video will keep a potential customer on your website for 2 to 3 minutes while they learn more about your company or product offering. Much longer than the typical person who is just skimming headlines and copy.
2. Improve Online Conversions. Watching your Company Profile Video can impact how someone feels about your company…and then motivate them to take the next step. This is why your video should end with a Call To Action (CTA) or there should be an easy-to-find CTA built into your site pages.
